Gurugram: residents can now benefit from mental health services through the app

In order to make mental health services accessible to residents of Gurugram, the district administration, together with the DLF Foundation and ePsyclinic, have introduced a mental service application called “I Will CARE”.

According to the Daily Pioneer report, the app will have professional therapists who will help clients, free of charge. He will provide advice based on artificial intelligence and cognitive behavioral therapy via a chatbot.

Therapists on the apps can communicate in more than 5 languages

Gurugram Deputy Commissioner Dr Yash Garg revealed that the app will provide 24/7 service via a hotline number to residents of Gurugram. He also said therapists who have been hired for the job can communicate in more than five Indian languages, making these services more accessible.

Garg was quoted as having said by the Daily Pioneer, “We urge all citizens of the district to share this information within their social and professional circles, thereby making these services available to as many people as possible in Gurugram.
